ITALIAN BEEF MEATBALLS
INGREDIENTS
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
¼ cup breadcrumbs
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
¼ cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp parsley (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with tinfoil.
Combine all of the ingredients until just combined (add water if needed to keep the mixture wet)
From the mixture into ball shapes (any size really, i prefer smaller)
Bake for 17-20 minutes, or until no longer pink in the middle.
Serve meatballs! They would be great on top of spaghetti. Enjoy!
