INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb ground beef
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 TBLS honey
- ½ TSP gochujang (garlic chilli sauce)
- 1.4 TSP ground ginger
- 2 TSP sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 or 2 cups of rice
- I head of lettuce (boston bibb, iceberg, or romain)

INSTRUCTION
- Cook rice as prescribed on package
- Meanwhile, whisk together soy sauce, garlic chilli sauce, ginger, sesame oil, honey, and some of the sesame seeds. Set aside.
- Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, half the green onions, and salt and pepper to taste. Cook until almost done and then add in garlic, cook for another minute or so. Then add the sauce from the above step. Cook for another minute or until cooked through.
- Divide your lettuce into pieces. First, put in a scoop of rice and top it with the ground beef mixture. Optional: garnish with more sesame seeds or hoisin sauce.
