Our family (Bill, Lori, Averi, and Cambria) take every opportunity to go up to the ranch. We primarily live in Whistler, but try to spend as much time as possible up in the Cariboo – especially in the summer months. Our family is passionate about healthy eating and an active lifestyle. Grass fed beef is important to us as it is not only healthy, but also raised in an ethical and environmentally conscious manner. Grass fed beef is a big part of our diet and as a family we spend time in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes. Our family has coined the term “happy cows” for the cattle that run wild on our property. We love to sit on the deck and watch them graze and play with a beverage in hand.
Willis Cattle Ranch is located about 35 km northwest of Clinton, BC on the Cariboo plateau where we have over 200 acres for the cattle to roam free on. As a family, we also use this property to recreate and enjoy the outdoors through activities like dirt biking, fishing, hiking, and water skiing. Our ranch is also home to 6 beehives and each year we harvest honey, but for now this is just a hobby. Our ranch is continuing to expand and we are excited to see what the future holds for us!
Committed to quality free range grass-fed beef
In 2009 we purchased a ranch in the Cariboo, now named the Willis Cattle Ranch. Through word of mouth, our ranch is able to buy, raise, and sell cattle with great results. We are pleased to be feeding numerous friends and families in BC who continue to buy from us year after year. Our goal is to produce high quality grass-fed beef that is both lean and flavourful and can be enjoyed by the people we sell to.
