ITALIAN BEEF MEATBALLS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb ground beef 
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp parsley (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with tinfoil. 
  2. Combine all of the ingredients  until just combined (add water if needed to keep the mixture wet)
  3. From the mixture into ball shapes (any size really, i prefer smaller)
  4. Bake for 17-20 minutes, or until no longer pink in the middle. 
  5. Serve meatballs! They would be great on top of spaghetti. Enjoy!
