INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs chuck roast (can be of varied size, this recipe is very adaptable!), thickly sliced or cubed
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium opinion, sliced
- I TSP ginger (or ginger paste)
- ¼ cup soya sauce
- 2 TBSP gochujang (garlic chilli sauce)
- 2 TBLS honey
- 2 TBPS sesame oil
- 1 TBLS sesame seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients. Marinate for as long as possible (up to 24 hours, but less is also fine. I have done this recipe and marinated it for 30 mins and it worked out fine).
- Place marinated mixture into the instant pot and set the pressure to high for 20 minutes. Then, do a 15 minute natural release before releasing all of the pressure.
- This step is optional but recommended: preheat the broiler in your oven and transfer mixture to a baking tray. Put in the broiler (and watch it closely) for as long as wanted to get some crispy edges.
- Serve with rice or any other desired sides. Enjoy!
